All JAC products are best when applied to dry parts. However, our formulation of the product line has made them all resistant to gel formation if small amounts of water do enter into the dipping baths. Moreover, the entire JAC line of products can be used on surfaces without any required time before the treated parts are put into service; just dip- or spray-coat, and use the parts as immediately needed.

JAC-20 is RJAC's signature anti-corrosive lubricating coating for oilfield applications. View product tests.

JAC-200 is 1.5× higher concentration than JAC-20, suitable for extremely corrosive environments. There is nothing superior in the market for steel applications in high salt corrosion environments when a transparent spray or dip coating is desired.

JAC-Electronics is a specific blend for electrical interconnects and circuit boards and uses the same newly formulated Outerguard as in our JAC-20 line.

JAC-Zero provides Outerguard anti-corrosion protection in a formulation that has 0% VOC emission. It contains no volatile solvents. There is no similar product on the market and it answers the concerns of individuals and corporations that are seeking a “greener” method to mitigate corrosion.

Black JAC will match or outperform most coating requirements at a significant cost savings. It does not contain Outerguard™.

Black JAC Supreme has an enhanced degree of Outerguard™ for extraordinary performance in preventing corrosion in harsh environments.

Outerguard™ was developed by synthetic chemists to prevent corrosion in aggressive high salinity, high humidity environments (salt-spray, NaCl).

Outerguard™ works with a wide range of metal surfaces including noble metals, nickel, copper, aluminum and all grades of oilfield steel.

Outerguard™ contains a proprietary blend of premium corrosion inhibitors that form an effective barrier for temperature extremes between -40°F to 500°F (-40°C to 300°C).
