Here are just some of the many ways in which RJAC-20 products have been used:

• Precision-machined parts tend to oxidize prior to shipping to the customer, requiring a blasting step to clean them. JAC-20 works well in this application.

• Offshore oil rig threaded pipe fittings freeze less often when a pre-coat of JAC-20 is applied, followed by their standard lubricant.

• Offshore oil rig tools are protected by JAC-20, which has proven to be highly effective in mitigating rust in high salinity environments. Oil service companies are interested in using this coating for all tools and metallic parts sent offshore.

• Oilfield sucker rods are protected by the Black JAC line of coatings -- particularly Black JAC Plus and Black JAC Supreme -- which significantly outperform any product on the market.

• Oilfield pipe threads are protected by JAC-200, which is the most effective agent that we have ever tested in mitigating rust on steel in high salinity environments.

• Circuit boards and aluminum interconnects are protected by JAC-Electronics, which is proving to be an excellent coating where reduced or cadmium-free aluminum is desired.
